The Isabella residential block in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki, designed by Kirsi Korhonen and Mika Penttinen Architects, is tailored for different inhabitants from economics students to Swedish-speaking teachers. "The Isabella block project was born under the lucky stars, in which a skilful client, designer and implementer have done their best, without playing any tricks", writes Sanna Meriläinen.
