Under Fifty and Soon Gone
The former National Workers' Savings Bank building in central Tampere is a quirky and distinctive example of 1970s architecture. Although the building remains in good condition with plenty of life left in it yet, there are now plans to pull it down to make way for a new, and much taller, development.
