The Finnish-Spanish architect duo Anna and Eugeni Bach are active cultural operators in Barcelona. In 2017 they were invited to design an intervention for Mies van der Rohe’s Barcelona Pavilion. For two weeks, their project Mies Missing Materiality stripped the pavilion of its renowned materiality by covering it with white plastic sheets.
