Editorial 4/19: Design Everywhere?
We have started to apply the word design to almost everything and anything. The term has become commonplace, and its meaning has expanded to also incorporate other things besides industrial design. Almost any line of work involves a degree of conceptualising, planning, strategizing and designing. This is partly because there is a commercial demand for it – but also because good design can make the world a better place and ennoble the everyday experience.
